About the role

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to operate robotic systems through a simple teleoperation interface. This role involves performing repetitive pick-and-place or object-manipulation tasks to support data collection. No engineering background is required.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on, routine work, can follow clear instructions, and are comfortable repeating the same task patterns for extended periods.

This is not an engineering, design, or programming role. No technical development, robotics engineering, or research responsibilities are involved.

Your Responsibilities
Robot Operation
  • Operate robotic arms through a guided teleoperation interface.
  • Perform repetitive manipulation tasks (e.g., pick-and-place, sorting) as instructed.
  • Follow step-by-step procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality demonstrations.
Task Execution & Quality
  • Ensure tasks are completed exactly as instructed to support reliable data collection.
  • Adhere to safety and operational rules at all times.
  • Communicate clearly with supervising team members about any issues in task execution or usability of the interface.
  • Provide simple feedback on difficulties or inconsistencies encountered during robot operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow straightforward instructions.
  • Comfortable operating robotic arms or mechanical systems with guidance.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Reliable, patient, and comfortable performing the same types of tasks repeatedly.
  • No formal engineering experience required.
