A leading snacks company in Düsseldorf is seeking a Staffing Manager to oversee resource allocation and ensure project needs are met. The role requires several years of resource management experience, particularly in large-scale IT programs. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a master's preferred. Proficiency in resource management tools like Jira is essential. This position offers a one-year contract within an international team environment.
Project One is a programme within the Intersnack Group to create new ways of working for the whole organisation by harmonising all business processes across the international management units. The realisation of this goal is supported by one common IT solution stack, based on Infor Cloud-Solutions. Currently, a team of more than 20 nationalities and 150+ colleagues works in the programme, consisting of multiple projects to achieve this target.
The Staffing Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that the right personnel, skills, and resources are available to support the successful implementation of this programme. As Resource Manager Projects, you represent and promote Project One's methodology in the area of Staffing / Resource Management as a member of the Programme Leadership / Management Team. You are responsible for the demand‑and competence‑based composition of project teams with a regard to quality and cost efficiency, so that the project requirements are optimally fulfilled within the portfolio. You collaborate closely with the project managers and coordinate the sourcing of staff (internal and external) with the functional departments in the organisation.
This position is based on a one year contract.
