Ruby is a rapidly growing hospitality group with hotels and workspaces across Europe. We follow a Lean Luxury philosophy, creating modern and affordable luxury experiences. Our corporate office in Munich houses all design, administration, marketing, and front‑office functions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and control reservations in the system, ensuring completeness and updating data according to internal guidelines.
- Participate in quality assurance: perform standard checks for payments, invoices, no‑shows, and cancellations.
- Process reservation requests according to company policies and support the implementation of new processes.
- Carefully maintain guest and client data, ensuring accuracy and currency.
- Act as contact person for guests, corporate clients, and OTAs on standard requests and support customized booking inquiries.
- Maintain friendly, service‑oriented communication across all Ruby channels.
- Co‑operate closely with Guest Service and hotel teams and support teammates with reservation‑related questions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role, e.g., Front Office or Reservation, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Warm and engaging personality with strong communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Analytical thinker who acts methodically and demonstrates strong responsibility and quality awareness.
- Proactive, takes initiative, and has high level of self‑motivation.
- Deep understanding of guest needs, enjoys exploring new approaches and questioning the status quo.
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced with at least one reservation system.
