A global customer service company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support users in a fast-paced environment.   • Enforce Terms of Use by monitoring and addressing abuse reports.
  • Spot trends and elevate complex issues to the global team when necessary.

  • Salary: 1300 EUR gross monthly x 14 per year

  • Work Schedule: Monday Sunday (8 hours per day, 5 days per week with rotative shifts).
