Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize system availability and reliability at our automated warehouses.
• Take ownership of analyzing and evaluating system and operational data (including production, operations, EWM-MFR).
• Develop and implement measures to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Support proactive project management and system integrator with technical questions regarding systems, processes, and workflows.
• Ensure a smooth ramp up and operations while considering technical and organizational requirements.

Qualifications

• Completed a technical apprenticeship or degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, or a comparable field.
• Experience in data analysis and system operations.
• Work independently in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner.
• Assertiveness, leadership skills, and strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel (approx. 75% per year within the DACH region and Europe).
• Business‑fluent English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
