The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible to apply innovative critical thinking skills to ensure proactive inclusive leadership and direction in the area of sales coverage and growth, team leadership, management and performance. The Regional Sales Manager will lead a team to superior quarterly and annual performance through the deployment of key initiatives, sales initiatives, training, tools and the development of sales plans. This position includes the management of a large sales and education team located across a respective market, calling on key partner sales and operational management and deploying within key retailers. In partnership with sales management, the Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for personally developing critical relationships within the retailer and the ABH corporate team.
