We’re seeking a driven, strategic, and relationship-focused Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in a defined U.S. territory. In this high-impact role, you’ll generate new business, nurture key customer relationships, and drive growth by managing a network of independent sales representatives.

What You'll Do:
  • Own your territory – Prospect, qualify, and close deals for machines, parts, chemistry, and services.
  • Lead the charge – Recruit, train, and manage independent commissioned sales reps to cover your sales territory effectively.
  • Be the customer’s champion – Maintain strong client relationships, guiding them through every step from proposal to post-installation support.
  • Seal the deal – Negotiate pricing and contract terms within executive guidelines to secure new business.
  • Bridge the gap – Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and proposal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Keep things moving – Monitor projects, manage change, and resolve issues that arise during the sales and installation lifecycle.
  • Leverage your insights – Provide competitive intel and market feedback to drive strategy.
  • Stay organized – Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM and support collections when needed.
  • Plan for success – Build and execute a comprehensive annual sales plan for your region.
