Regional Operations Manager

We are looking for a new Regional Operations Manager to lead and harmonize operations across multiple EMEA sites.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership & Multi‑Site Coordination
  • Draws directly from operational synergies highlighted in EMEA operations and multi-site initiatives.
  • Ability to lead and harmonize operations across multiple regional sites (e.g., Basingstoke, Netherland , Frankfurt) to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.
  • Strong ownership of lab performance, resource planning, and delivery timelines.
  • Capability to implement standardized processes, SOP alignment, and cross‑training programs.
  • Cybersecurity Expertise
  • Reflected across several internal Cyber/IMS documentation and transition programs.
  • Deep understanding of IoT security, and conformity pathways.
  • Ability to translate cybersecurity compliance requirements into operational and commercial execution.
  • Understanding of emerging cybersecurity market drivers such as CRA Cybersecurity Requirements US Cyber Trust Mark, FDA/MDR impacts, etc.
  • Commercial & Business Acumen
  • Strong alignment with the commercial mindset referenced in several CMIT and EMEA business files.
  • Proven ability to support revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
  • Understanding of how cybersecurity services integrate into regional commercial strategies and GTM alignment.
  • Ability to collaborate with sales, industry leaders, and marketing to build sustainable pipelines.
  • Skill in identifying premium service opportunities, bundled offerings, and cross‑COU synergies.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Strength in engaging high‑value customers, supporting key accounts, and aligning service delivery with customer expectations.
  • Ability to act as a bridge between technical, operational, commercial, and compliance teams.
  • Support for customer‑facing initiatives

  • Ability to contribute to long‑range planning and develop operational roadmaps that align with regional and global strategies.
  • Experience in building operational excellence programs, automation initiatives, and capability expansion
  • Proficiency in risk assessment for operational capacity, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics.

  • Track record of building high‑performing, cross‑functional teams.

  • Ability to lead teams through digital transformation (AI, cybersecurity, automation).

  • Understanding of ISO/IEC frameworks, Notified Body expectations, RED NB accreditation workflows, and quality systems.
  • Ability to ensure delivery teams remain compliant with global and regional regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • University Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or Physics from an accredited program
