Recruitment Partner (f/m/d) Technology at IONOS
Responsibilities
- Utilize your expertise in full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and recruitment marketing to identify, attract, and onboard exceptional talent across various departments and locations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including hiring managers, stakeholders, and HR, to identify hiring needs, develop recruitment plans, and drive data-driven decision-making to ensure the best possible candidate fit and experience.
- Ensure a positive interviewer and candidate experience by providing a smooth and engaging process from sourcing to onboarding. Without neglecting the importance of your own recruiter experience.
- Support our function in building a Center of Excellence in terms of our KPIs, OKRs and mindset.
- Contribute to various projects aimed at increased recruitment efficiency, global collaboration, reporting, professionalization of global recruitment processes, upskilling of your peers and the implementation of various tools (e.g. AI tools in the end-to-end recruitment process).
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global and diverse environment.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic enterprise environment.
- Proven track record of success in recruiting for complex and diverse roles, and a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends.
- You are a trusted and valued recruitment partner by candidates and hiring managers, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable in sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, Boolean searches/X-rays, optional; experience in AI sourcing solutions.
- Results-oriented, easy-going, entrepreneurial, and passionate about recruiting, with a strong ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
