Description
For our HVDC Transformers research and development team we are looking for a R&D mechanical engineer in the field of Transformer Windingtechnology. You will lead activities to improve transformer winding performance, design and manufacturing methods while challenging legacy routines and developing better suited concepts for the future. The role will cooperate closely with experts in different transformer technology fields as well as with transformer design and manufacturing specialists globally. You will build and maintain a network with the HVDC Transformer factories globally, collecting the inputs and supporting implementation of new development.
Working in R&D will give you the possibility to use your creativity to solve a wide spectrum of challenges. You will have exciting and varied work in front of you where you will get a broad network internally and externally. Work with both the local factory and the global organization within Transformers and have career development opportunities as a Specialist or as a Project Manager.
