About the Company

We are a well-established manufacturer specializing in sweater garments, with production facilities located in China, Vietnam, and Cambodia, and our headquarters in Hong Kong.

Our primary market is the United States, with additional reach into Europe and Japan.

Position: QC Manager (2 Openings)

We are currently hiring for two QC Manager roles, each responsible for leading quality control operations at one of our regional factories:

• Position 1: Based in Vietnam


• Position 2: Based in Cambodia

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Control team at the assigned factory.


• Oversee sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.


• Ensure finished goods are packaged and inspected in accordance with company standards and procedures.


• Supervise the documentation of inspection results and ensure products meet defined specifications.


• Conduct test method validation and equipment calibration.


• Prepare and present analytical reports for management review.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Textiles, Clothing, or related disciplines.


• Minimum 5 years of senior-level experience in quality assurance, with a focus on sweater manufacturing.


• Strong understanding of QC standards, procedures, and processes in sweater production.


• Prior experience working in Southeast Asian garment factories is highly desirable.


• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.


• Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
