An innovative commerce-advertising firm in Berlin is seeking an Account Manager for their publisher team. This role involves onboarding new clients, building relationships with publishers, and optimizing their performance metrics. Hey Superstar! Ready to dive into the dynamic world of Publisher Account Management? We're on the lookout for a spirited being to join our team as a Publisher Account Manager. If you've got the magic touch to turn publisher dreams into reality, a knack for building client relationships, and a dash of creativity, this role is tailor-made for you!
Serve as the liaison for any new publisher clients signed up by the sales team.
Conduct onboarding sessions to familiarize publishers with the digidip interface, new brands and merchant rates.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing publishers.
Act as the primary point of contact for publishers, promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Provide ongoing support to help publishers optimize their performance.
Research, open new long-term relationships and become a strategic advisor to our partners.
Conduct monthly calls with publishers in order to optimize their earnings.
Performance Monitoring:
Examine publisher performance metrics regularly.
Identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations to boost performance.
Generate and share regular performance reports with publishers.
Conduct in-depth data breakdowns to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Communication:
Keep publishers informed about product updates, promotions, and other relevant information from digidip and mrge.
Facilitate effective communication between publishers and internal teams, such as the product team.
2-3 years of experience with account management within the digital marketing space is a plus, preferably in affiliate marketing
Proficient oral and written communication skills
Sensitivity to the client's needs to develop warm client relationships
Excellent analytical, negotiating, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of web traffic and tracking
You are highly driven and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
You are reliable, motivated, and collaborate well in a team environment
Good sense of humor
A high affinity to AdTech would be useful but is not necessary
English is a must, German or French a plus
