As an Account Manager for the Bundesverwaltung, you will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation within public organizations.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong network in the Bund ecosystem, deep understanding of process optimization within public structures, and ideally a background in the software industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with the Bundesverwaltung
• Design and execute go-to-market strategies to position UiPath as a trusted automation and digitalization partner
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders—from operational units to senior leadership
• Present and promote UiPath’s value proposition through tailored use cases and consultative selling
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Customer Success, PreSales) and external partners (integrators, resellers) to ensure successful deployments
• Analyze industry and competitor developments to align UiPath’s approach with market-specific requirements
• Deliver account plans, business cases, and regular reports on customer needs, opportunities, and risks

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of organizational structures, processes, and procurement dynamics within the Bund
• Proven sales experience in the software industry, preferably in the German Public Sector
• Established and reliable network within the Bundesverwaltung ecosystem (including decision-makers, influencers, and key users)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical solutions in a clear, outcome-oriented way
• Strategic mindset and the ability to work independently with a high level of ownership
• Fluent in German, proficient in English
