Your responsibilities

• You lead the introduction of new products or product innovations from concept through to market launch by delivering approved Technology projects within scope, on time and on budget
• You develop and maintain project plans, coordinate cross-functional project teams, manage timelines and resources and bear responsibility for stakeholder communication
• You actively identify and mitigate project risks
• You work closely with all other Technology functions like Product Line Management or Product Development as well as with Sales and Manufacturing

Your profile

• Economical university degree or comparable education
• First experience managing projects and leading virtual, cross-functional teams
• Experience in international, multi-layered organizations with strong resilience and persuasive communication
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage
