Your Responsibilities

• Define and align project scope and objectives with the Project Sponsor
• Plan and control timelines, budgets, resources, and project organization
• Establish project structures, roles, and responsibilities
• Lead and motivate the project team to ensure effective collaboration
• Monitor progress and prepare regular project reports
• Analyze, engage, and manage the expectations of relevant stakeholders
• Ensure successful project completion and knowledge transfer
• Identify and assess project risks
• Willingness to travel as required for project activities

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in complex operational environment
• Project management certification (e.g. PMP, IPMA) is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of project management methods and tools
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Structured, results‑oriented, and proactive working style
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities
