Your mission

• Project responsibility in sales and marketing with a focus on operational, administrative, and regulatory tasks, in a supporting role (no management responsibilities)
• Ensuring processes and documentation comply with company guidelines, quality requirements, and medical device regulations
• Close cooperation with other departments to ensure smooth processes and compliance
• Maintaining and updating the quality management system as well as creating and approving product and marketing documents
• Supporting product evaluations, customer feedback, and clinical-technical assessments as well as accompanying product launches, updates, and phase-outs
• Creating structured documentation for product files, audits, and compliance as well as supporting tenders and customer-oriented projects

Your profile

• You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification, or alternatively have relevant professional experience
• Experience in the medical technology sector or in quality management is an advantage, but not essential
• You are able to manage several projects simultaneously without losing track of the big picture
• You have strong organizational and administrative skills and work with attention to detail
• You are proficient in MS Office
• You speak and write fluent German and English
