Project Manager (m/f/d) - Transformation Office

We're looking for a highly organized and experienced PMO lead (m/f/d) to join our Transformation Office. This key role will manage and maintain strong project management standards, processes, and tools for all our Transformation initiatives. You'll ensure projects are run consistently, reported clearly, and help us make smart decisions to achieve our transformation goals.

Your Tasks
  • Planning, management and prioritization of all project management oriented and economical aspects of projects so that it is completed on time, budget and proper quality and meets the project objectives and all stakeholder and company requirements
  • Drive and support industrialization efforts across Engineering, Operations, and Production by applying proven methodologies, best practices, and digital solutions. Ensure alignment with transformation goals and foster scalable, efficient processes through structured project execution and innovation
  • Define the project master schedule and define and implement budget breakdown based on the contractual obligations and defined budget as well as maintenance of project schedules
    • Design and maintain dashboards and metrics to give real-time visibility into project status and performance
    • Prepare and present regular reports and executive summaries for Transformation Office leadership and senior management
    • Analyze project data to spot trends, issues, and areas for improvement, providing data-driven recommendations
    • Manage a central hub for all project documents and reports
    • Create ad‑hoc reports as needed to support strategic decisions
  • Execution of regular project meetings in order to plan the tasks for the project members and to receive an updated status about the tasks. Regular reporting of project status with all relevant stakeholders
  • Identify, monitor and control operational problems and project risks (technical, schedule and costs). Prioritize tasks and take timely decisions if needed to maintain major objectives and to minimize delays. Control, evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project
  • Continuous improve and manage our PMO framework, including standard methods, templates, and best practices for transformation projects. Ensure everyone follows our project rules and governance
  • Help manage our portfolio of transformation projects, including priorities, resource allocation, and tracking dependencies
  • Support Transformation Leads and Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing their initiatives effectively
  • Drive and support industrialization efforts across Engineering, Operations, and Production by applying proven methodologies, best practices, and digital solutions. Ensure alignment with transformation goals and foster scalable, efficient processes through structured project execution and innovation
Your Qualifications
  • Completed studies Bachelor's, Master or PhD degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years Projectmanagement and/or PMO experience, ideally supporting major transformation programs
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Experience in Engineering and Production Transformation with focus on standardization, industrialization and digital Engineering and Manufacturing
  • Excellent skills with project management software and strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations
  • Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work well with all levels of staff, including senior leadership
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
