Qualifikationen

Your profile
  • You have a degree or equivalent qualification and at least 1 year of project experience, ideally in procurement and eProcurement.
  • You are familiar with agile and classic project management methods, standards, and tools.
  • You communicate confidently with customers, partners, and suppliers at decision-maker level.
  • You analyze complex issues, structure them clearly, and implement your results with strong organizational skills.
  • You are a team player, motivate your project team, and work proactively.
  • You have a good understanding of user needs and experience with user surveys.
  • You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ideally, you have experience with SRM systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Onventis) and are familiar with standards such as BMEcat, Punch-Out, API as well as classifications like ECLASS and UNSPSC.

Your mission
  • You implement our solution into the system landscape of our customers and manage the entire project cycle – from proof of concept to roll-out and the hypercare phase.
  • You plan and lead strategic projects for international key accounts in the area of eProcurement and take responsibility for project controlling (structure, timelines, costs), including initiating and implementing corrective measures in case of deviations.
  • You act as the main point of contact for our customers, advise them on our solutions, and ensure smooth communication within the company.
  • You support the sales team during pre-sales and work closely with the content team on catalog processes.
  • You lead steering meetings and coordinate all relevant stakeholders.
  • You create requirement documents in close collaboration with the Product Owners.
  • You actively shape the further development of our project management team in an environment with a start‑up character.
