YOU...

• support the implementation of the process improvement Plan (Operational Excellence System) for the Production/MRO areas
• support and coordinate the OES internal and transversal assessments
• are responsible for the preparation of Excellence Committees, taking part for the distribution of actions and followup
• provide the Performance Management routines (BSC/SQCDP) standardization throughout the organization
• support and manage Continuous Improvement (TIPs)
• contribute to Improvement-projects, digital initiatives and people safety related topics
• share benchmarks, best practices and synergies across COMBAT Aircraft plants and sites
• promote and manage bottom-up ideas generation in the plants and sites
• ensure efficient reporting and digital visualization of the operational capabilities of all programs within the scope (e.g. BSC, SQCDP) as well as the progress of strategic projects and improvement initiatives
• support communication for new initiatives and thus are the channel of connection with shop-floor
• contribute to Digitalization and Innovation initiatives by collecting requirements and deployment of implementation projects
• act as improvement ambassador for internal and external communication (HUB, production magazine, streaming)

• have expertise and knowledge in continuous improvement
• have ideally knowledge on performance management routines
