Qualifikationen

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sales Engineering Requests via PSR (Project Specifc Request) Process
• Review, edit and manage the PSRs in the PLM System
• Assign the PSRs to the competence areas
• Leading rounds with the global Sales Engineers and set priorities on PSRs
• Generate expert rounds to solve the requirements in time
• Generate reports and analytics to the requests
• Improve customer satisfaction and response times
• Provide visibility into team workloads and performance

Your Profile

• Relevant engineering degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in engineering project management
• Experience working at the interface between Engineering/R+D and Sales
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), additional skills in German and or Spanish are nice to have
• Strong organizational and intercultural competence
• Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Self-driven, methodical, and a team player with initiative
