Your tasks

In this bifunctional role, you are the central interface in our team and are responsible for both operational and strategic tasks.

  • Project management: You will manage and supervise projects in the field of operational stability from conception to completion. You will always keep an eye on costs, deadlines and resources.
  • Scheduling and cost planning: You will draw up detailed project plans, monitor compliance with deadlines and budgets and ensure that test procedures and trials run smoothly.
  • Committee and communication work: You prepare decision papers, create informative presentations (slide production) and represent the project results in committees and management meetings.
  • Team coordination: You will work closely with a cross-functional team and support the technical experts to achieve the project goals efficiently.
Your profile
  • Completed studies in engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field.
  • Experience in project management and in the PMO role, ideally in an automotive environment.
  • Knowledge of durability, endurance or vehicle testing is an advantage.
  • Confident use of project management tools and MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a proactive way of working.
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills.
