General information

The WHU MBA Program focuses on people with a first degree and several years of professional work experience. The program is taught entirely in English. As member of the WHU MBA Examination Office team (f/m/d) you will deal with all exam-related administrative tasks necessary for the successful execution of the program. The position can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis and is initially a one-year fixed-term contract with the potential to become extended or permanent.

Your mission
  • Management and processing of topics related to WHU MBA Examinations
  • Data analysis and support for ranking- and accreditation-relevant topics
  • First point of contact for students and professors
  • Dealing with all program-related organizational responsibilities
  • Organization of extra-curricular events and activities
  • Visa support for incoming students
  • MBA Office Management
Your profile
  • Academic degree or completed vocational training, ideally with international focus, and work experience
  • Affinity for numbers and statistics, as well as topics related to examination regulations
  • Excellent organizational, time, and office management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both in English and German
  • Very good PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), preferably with additional skills in management information systems
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills, strong team player, and exceptional service orientation
  • Ability to work independently in a structured and effective manner
  • Willingness to flexible working schedule and frequent weekend work
