Responsibilities

• Reaching out to delinquent customers using telephone and email
• Finding the most optimal way to convey the message and persuading the customer by applying your conversation and negotiation skills and an innovative approach
• Conduct extensive research both online and through the optical archive to find contact numbers and email addresses of clients that cannot be reached; designate and optimize conversation strategies to identify and cope with different customer attitudes
• Continuously endeavor to improve your contact and persuasion strategies by giving and receiving peer-feedback and listening back to recorded telephone conversations
• Cooperate and liaise with colleagues of different departments based in France on individual matters such as customer complaints, accounting, insurance, etc, but also here in Berlin, in regards of Legal Collections and Remarketing
• Handle end of contract, repossession and pre-legal activities
• Steer and manage third-party agencies based in France to arrange for repossession and transport of vehicle

What you bring to the table

• Degree in Laws, Business Administration, Economics/Finance or a related field
• Knowledge of Collections will be considered as a plus
• Fluent in French and advanced English
