The Role :

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Product Manager m / f / d who can contribute to and share in our success. The Product Manager is part of the Sales team, located in Oberhausen.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and implementation of new products in cooperation with the departments.
• Market and competition monitoring, including maintaining contacts with suppliers and opinion leaders.
• Analysis and processing of market and product information.
• Expansion and maintenance of business relationships with our national and international customers.
• Analysis and evaluation of customer requirements with regard to their feasibility.
• Strategic evaluation of customers or potential new customers and derivation of options for action.
• Professional representation of the company to the outside world.
• Creation of product-specific documents.
• Conception and participation in sales-supporting materials / campaigns.

Competencies & Qualifications

• Successfully completed chemical training. Ideally with commercial training or business management knowledge.
• Professional experience in a comparable function.
• Strong communication skills.
• Convincing personal appearance as well as strong customer orientation and understanding of the requirements of our customers in the laboratory.
• Good and field-tested written and spoken English skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
