• Execute serial production while ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards.
• Follow instructions from Lead Senior and Shopfloor Manager to maintain an eƯicient workflow. Support new product introductions and assist with assigned maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a structured work environment using 5S standards.
• Understand and follow work instructions, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
• Identify and report non-conformances (NC) in production processes using MES.
• Use basic oƯice software (Microsoft OƯice, Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation, reporting, and communication.

• Strong understanding of safety protocols and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with mechanical/opto-mechanical systems or manual soldering (IPC-610).
