Production Supervisor, Recycling Operations, Berlin CT, Compensation, Relocation Available, Hiring Immediately

Leadpoint Business Services is seeking a dynamic leader to supervise production and line workers. This onsite service and support management position will be assigned to our Berlin, CT location. The role implements workforce management programs and has accountability for the performance of Leadpoint’s team in the facility. Responsibilities include program implementation, personnel management, and facility operations. You’ll liaise between the facility and Leadpoint’s support personnel, perform customer service and communications across the facility, hire and recruit production employees, handle HR administrative tasks, troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, track and report KPIs, and manage safety programs.

Qualifications / Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Technical Diploma
  • Computer Proficiency – Microsoft Office
  • Interpersonal Skills: Onsite manager must be able to speak with employees, other department managers and senior management
  • Leadership Skills: Onsite manager must be able to motivate employees to keep operations running smoothly
  • Problem-Solving Skills: able to identify defects and resolve issues quickly
  • Time Management: manage production deadlines and shipping dates
  • Technical Capacity: experience or transferable skills related to high-stress production environments; mechanical and process capabilities with large-scale production equipment
  • Learning: ability to adapt to a learning-based organization; focused on adoption, information processing, and accountability for skills transfer
  • bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
Compensation

Yearly Salary: 60K - 70K
