about the role

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Product UX/UI Designer to help shape the future of AI-powered video this role you will play a key part in designing intuitive high-impact products that turn cutting-edge technology into seamless user experiences.

Owning the end-to-end UX you will work closely with a cross-functional team to translate complex AI capabilities into simple consumer-like workflows. Based in Berlin you will design for a diverse customer base with a strong focus on usability clarity and empowering SMB owners and creators through elegant modern design.

Your responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners Engineers and other stakeholders to turn ideas into impactful real-world product experiences from early concepts to polished execution.
• Design intuitive interaction models user flows wireframes and high-fidelity mockups that make complex functionality feel simple and delightful.
• Confidently present and advocate for your design decisions aligning teams across product engineering marketing and sales while actively incorporating feedback.
• Play an active role in evolving and maintaining our centralized design system helping to scale consistency and quality across our product ecosystem.

Your profile

• 2 years of experience in UX/UI design creating modern high-quality web applications with a strong focus on usability and visual excellence.
• Experience designing end-to-end and cross-channel user experiences thinking beyond individual screensbr>Comfortable collaborating closely with product managers and engineers in an agile cross-functional environment.
• Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma Adobe Creative Suite and Axure.
• Familiarity with working in and contributing to an evolving design system balancing consistency with innovation.
• A strong portfolio that highlights your design process your individual contribution and your ability to shape thoughtful user-centered experiences from concept to delivery (please attach if available).
• Excellent UI and interaction design skills with a sharp eye for detail hierarchy and intuitive interaction patterns.
