As a Product Scientist, you’ll take a hands-on role in our lab, developing and optimising our products and pioneering new ingredients that push the boundaries of taste and sustainability.

  • Plan and execute Design of Experiments (DoEs) to guide product development with data-driven decisions
  • Conduct, analyse, and document experiments independently, from concept to validated results

  • Refine testing protocols, analytical methods, and lab equipment for accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency
  • Work closely with our product development team to bridge lab results with scalable production solutions
