This isn’t product marketing as a “slide deck factory.” This is about owning how ilert is positioned, explained, and trusted; through content that speaks both to engineers and to executives. You’ll craft messaging that is crisp, credible, and compelling; and build the bridge between product, marketing, and sales.

Responsibilities
  • Narrative shaping: develop product positioning, messaging, and value props that differentiate ilert in the AI-driven incident response market.
  • Technical storytelling: create content that goes beyond buzzwords; deep-dive product guides, solution briefs, feature explainers, and various formats that resonate with technical buyers.
  • Content creation: partner with engineers, marketing managers, and leadership to deliver high-value content: guides, one-pagers, comparison guides, and sales enablement material.
  • Market insight: keep a close eye on the competitive landscape, customer feedback, and industry trends to refine positioning and inform roadmap.
  • Cross-functional glue: collaborate across product, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment from roadmap to pitch deck.
Requirements
  • You’ve got experience in product marketing, content marketing, or solutions marketing for B2B SaaS; bonus points if it’s developer tools, DevOps, or IT operations.
  • You’re comfortable going deep into technical products; you can sit with engineers, “speak their language,” and translate complexity into clarity for different audiences.
  • You can write effective, persuasive copy and shape narratives across formats: from web copy to sales decks to launch campaigns.
  • You’ve owned go-to-market launches before and know how to orchestrate messaging, content, and enablement to drive adoption.
  • You’re naturally curious about AI, IT operations, and how technical teams actually work in high-stakes environments.
  • You thrive in small teams: autonomous, collaborative, and quick to iterate.
