Overview
  • You lead the strategic product management of our SiC MOSFETs portfolio – from defining specifications and quality standards to setting initial pricing and overseeing the full product lifecycle
  • You own the SiC technology roadmap, driving innovation, optimization, and the development of compelling business cases
  • You shape the long-term strategy and planning for the Product Group, ensuring alignment with market trends and company goals
  • You are accountable for achieving annual sales and margin targets for SiC, coordinating cross-functional initiatives to deliver on business plan objectives
  • You drive successful New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring each launch meets its business case targets
  • You oversee the execution and fulfillment of business cases, turning strategic plans into measurable results
  • You conduct in-depth competitor portfolio analyses and stay ahead of technology, application, and market trends
  • You act as the central interface between marketing, development, quality, operations, and all other departments within the SiC Business Group – ensuring seamless collaboration and execution
Qualifications
  • Minimum master’s degree in semiconductor device physics, electrical engineering or similar
  • Minimum 3 years professional product marketing background
  • Knowledge of the SiC MOSFETs market as well as application know how of electronic hardware
  • Entrepreneurial approach with strong customer focus and service orientation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English & German
  • Excellent analytical and structured work approach
  • Intercultural awareness and ability to work in international teams
  • Ability to take functional lead of cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel (10-15%)
