The Role

You’ll be the go-to person for a chunk of our product portfolio. That means understanding the market, shaping the strategy, and making sure we’re delivering what customers actually need — not just what we’ve always sold. You’ll work closely with sales, R&D, marketing, and manufacturing to make it all happen.

  • Feed into long-term strategic and financial planning

  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
  • Able to juggle multiple stakeholders without losing your cool
  • Comfortable talking to customers, from end‑users to OEMs
  • Curious, analytical, and quick to learn
  • Fluent in English (bonus points for a second European language)
  • Happy to travel occasionally across the region
What You’ll Get
  • A remote-first role with flexibility built in
