Product Line Manager (m / f / d)

The Product Line Manager defines and manages the roadmaps of the product portfolios for our Cleanroom Textile business line and in future a second business. This role you are responsible for the market success and portfolio evolution in order to meet business goals. Together with your colleague you manage the full product portfolio of CWS Cleanrooms.

To strengthen our marketing team we are looking to fill the position as soon as possible at one of our CWS Cleanrooms locations in Dreieich (DE), Eindhoven (NL), Heerenveen (NL) or Niel (BE).

Your Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management – Oversee the various product groups, act as the second line contact to our sales teams with regard to those product groups, set long‑term strategy for those groups, and align with business goals.
  • Value Proposition & Documentation – Define and maintain service specifications and create strong value propositions for the product groups, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of product information.
  • Sales & Stakeholder Enablement – Provide expert second‑line support to sales and deliver product/service trainings to ensure all commercial teams fully understand and effectively promote the Textiles and Academy portfolio.
  • Data Processes & Systems – Manage product introductions and phase‑outs within the portfolios and coordinate suitable alternatives for discontinued items.
  • Innovation Market Insights & VoC – Drive innovation for the portfolios by leveraging market research, competitive insights, and Voice of Customer feedback; develop strategic analyses to support growth.
  • Profitability & Growth – Monitor profitability and initiate cost/value improvement actions for the portfolios while coordinating promotional needs with Marketing.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Education & Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; solid experience in product line management.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of five years in analytical product line management or a closely related discipline; experience managing multi‑site or cross‑country portfolios.
  • ERP & Processes – Deep knowledge of ERP systems; experience with continuous improvement processes and related tools.
  • Analytical Strength – Good quantitative analytical and organizational skills.
  • Communication & Commercial Awareness – Energetic, articulate, and commercially savvy with the ability to identify new opportunities.
  • Personal Traits & Flexibility – Self‑motivated, eager to learn, with a consultative mindset; willing to travel as needed; English required, German preferred, additional languages an advantage.
