Jobbeschreibung

Freed is looking for a Product Designer to redefine how clinicians interact with technology. In this role, you'll take ownership of key product areas, designing intuitive and effective experiences that simplify complex workflows in healthcare. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and fellow designers to shape the product from early prototypes into polished, production-ready features. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, is deeply user-focused, and can drive design forward independently.

You’ll lead design from end to end — conducting research, shaping product strategy, and crafting elegant, simple UI. Your work will play a crucial role in ensuring our solutions are deeply informed by clinician needs, balancing product complexity with usability. As one of the first designers at Freed, you’ll also help shape our design culture and systems, and have a lasting impact on how design evolves within the company.
