Tasks

• Strengthen engineering support activities by proactively assisting with technical tasks and processes
• Provide support in the application and use of methods and tools at Level 1 and Level 2
• Ensure the efficient use of tools and methods by end users
• Conduct training to introduce new tools and methods to end users
• Communicate with users to clarify questions and problems in the application of methods and tools
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and user experience

Requirements

• Completed studies in engineering
• Many years of professional experience in engineering, IT/information systems and project management
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Detailed user knowledge with Catia V5 as well as very good expertise with PDM/PLM systems, especially Windchill
• Business fluent in English (min. C1), knowledge of German an advantage
• An existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa) is mandatory
