A leading technology company is seeking a Principal Project Manager to drive semiconductor IC development projects from concept to mass production. Candidates should have over 10 years of project management experience in the semiconductor, industrial, or automotive sectors, including at least 6 years leading complex multi-site projects. The role requires strong leadership skills to ensure timely execution and compliance with industry standards. The position allows for a hybrid work model with both in-office and remote flexibility.
We are seeking an experienced Principal Project Manager to lead complex multi-site semiconductor IC development projects from concept to mass production. You will own scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk, orchestrating cross-functional deliverables, such as Design, Test, Validation, Quality and Operations. Your leadership skills ensure on‑time execution and delivery readiness for the customer in compliance with the Renesas development process and the automotive and functional safety standards ISO 26262 and IATF 16949.
