Your Tasks

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Pricing Manager to join our Mobility team. You will support our teams by collecting, analyzing and visualizing pricing data for our trade-in platform and global trading activities.Having the right pricing strategy for sourcing and sales is crucial for success in a highly competitive recommerce market. You will work in an international environment, setting up our tools to track the market and providing visibility regarding pricing, depreciation and risks. You will also involve creating offers and price ratings for batches and auctions.

• Collect, analyze and interpret large sets of data from various sources to adjust pricing dynamically
• Identify market risks and monitor market trends
• Analyze customer behavior and competitor pricing
• Monitor pricing performance metrics including margin analysis, revenue impact and price elasticity
• Provide actionable insights to support strategic planning and business development efforts
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to track business performance metrics
• Partner with sales/sourcing teams, international colleagues and stakeholders
• Prepare and present reports with clear recommendations based on data insights
• Review and report on pricing strategies and make recommendations for improvements
• Stay updated on industry pricing trends and best practices in trade-in and recommerce overall

You are reporting into the Vice President Mobility.

Your Qualifications

You have expertise in the recommerce/trade-in industry, are familiar with pricing strategy and market analysis and have a passion for sustainable mobile devices.

• 3+ years of experience in trade-in pricing strategy of electronic device lifecycle, pricing, and market dynamics
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets, extract insights and make data driven decisions
• Entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
• Strong attention to detail and proactive, hands-on problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel advanced, analytics software)
• Familiarity with pricing optimization software and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across various departments
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and navigate in international environments
• Clear thinking with sound understanding of calculating profitability
• Self-motivated with proven ability to work autonomously with a minimum of direction
• Fluent in English (additional German language is a plus)
