• Support customers throughout their buying journey, from presales consultations to post-sales technical assistance
• Analyze customer needs and provide concrete solutions, including product selection, recommending services and troubleshooting
• Deliver Start-Up services, equipping customers with the knowledge and skills to operate our R&S solutions effectively
• Be a company ambassador, presenting R&S at trade shows and build strong customer relationships
• Create a collaborative connection with R&S Munich headquarter, fostering knowledge sharing and technical optimization
