Dr. Shiv K. Singh's laboratory is seeking a highly qualified Senior Research Associate to join our collaborative team investigating the interaction between macrophages, T cells, and tumor cells in the tumor microenvironment, with a focus on pancreatic cancer under chemo naïve and (neo)-adjuvant therapy settings.
The successful candidate will employ a wide range of functional approaches to analyze immune cell properties in animal models and patient specimens following chemo-immunotherapy and radiotherapy. This work aims to translate findings for diagnostic purposes, including biomarker identification, by analyzing samples from patients with human pancreatic cancer.
