Your responsibilities
  • Create, own and refine the strategy of our emerging Digital Identity portfolio (CIAM, SSI, eIDAS, Authentication) including full P&L accountability for the portfolio’s business success
  • Define and drive the comprehensive portfolio strategy with input from management and stakeholders, including portfolio roadmap, innovation impulses, investment decisions and strategic partnerships
  • Responsible for prioritization and portfolio governance : Where do we invest time, resources, and budget? Which products drive growth and customer value?
  • Develop and own the positioning of the portfolio, ensuring it is clearly communicated and well represented to partners, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional initiatives, such as strategic product development or technical consolidation projects
  • Lead and develop the team, fostering an open and collaborative culture, where knowledge is shared, successes are celebrated together, and challenges are solved collectively
Requirements
Your profile
  • At least 10 years of experience in portfolio management in the fields of Digital Identity, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Software (proven expertise in Digital Identity required)
  • Demonstrated success in scaling a business into multiple segments and / or geographies with experience in managing P&L
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
  • Proven ability to lead and work in cross-functional teams and align different stakeholders from development teams to executive leadership
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative mindset
  • A good understanding of technical concepts and regulations in digital identity (e.g. SSO, FIDO2, OAuth, eIDAS), banking and payments is a plus
  • Experience with M&A activities (evaluating acquisition opportunities, integrating new offerings) is considered an advantage
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus but not mandatory)
