Your mission

As part of Enpals Portfolio Management team you’ll help us track, analyze and continuously improve the performance of our fast‑growing solar asset portfolio. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems and taking ownership in a dynamic environment.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and investors, learn from experienced colleagues and gain deep insight into how one of Europe’s largest green energy portfolios is managed and financed.

Your tasks

• Monitor and report on portfolio performance delivering insights that support investor communication and internal decision‑making
• Coordinate data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure accuracy across asset registers, reviews and refinancing activities
• Support monthly portfolio reporting and performance tracking
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities in portfolio data using Excel and analytical tools
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Finance, Investor Relations, Operations) to enhance reporting processes and data quality
• Take ownership of automation or process improvement initiatives
• Interact with investors and external stakeholders ensuring clear communication and strong collaboration

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field
• Relevant practical experience (e.g. through internships) in a dynamic environment such as a start‑up, consultancy or financial services
• Curiosity and motivation to learn; you enjoy solving problems and figuring things out independently
• Reliable, detail‑oriented and proactive working style; you take initiative and follow through
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SQL, Power BI or similar tools is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken; fluency in German is a strong plus
