Job description
Tasks
- Create and manage monthly production scenarios based on program and capacity requirements
- Evaluate resource availability, recovery plans and production needs
- Define and communicate binding production schedules to all stakeholders
- Develop and maintain planning parameters and production models in relevant tools
- Maintain and update SAP data
- Create, analyze and manage KPIs to monitor production performance
- Use Skywise to derive and communicate specific improvement measures
- Ensure implementation of production plans and process compliance through structured escalation in case of deviations
Requirements
- Completed degree in aerospace engineering, industrial engineering or a technician qualification
- Several years of professional experience in production planning, engineering or project management
- Technical understanding of product integrity (e.g. tolerances, key characteristics, material properties)
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, SAP and Catia V5
- Business fluent German and English skills (min. C1)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
