Essential Duties / Responsibilities

• OMP+ Value Steam planning and detail scheduling, scheduling and rescheduling of work orders of own area according to the forecast & inventory, and monitoring the daily actual output
• Response for the raw material planning & ordering based on the MRP messages and follow up its delivery.
• Responsible for follow up on production or CM supplier output
• Responsible for commenting on all KPI related risk to immediate manager and communication with SC Customer service team and take prompt actions when needed.
• Responsible for execution of Market return forms.
• Responsible for a quarterly follow up on the site SMR (Slow Mover Ratio) list
• Responsible for optimizing transportation method to keep the freight as low as possible.
• Responsible for updating MRP/VMI relevant master data, ensuring correct call off in the actual site and for cross docked items including supplier contacting, follow up on deliveries and supplier delivery performance monitoring.
• Responsible for monitoring inventory level to keep an optimal stock level.
• Responsible for regularly checking and updating of the master data related to planning.
• Responsible for following up on stock count in WIP area or CM warehouse and adjust the plan if needed.
• Responsible for supplier delivery performance evaluation & follow up
• Other tasks or project assigned by line manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree, supply management are preferred.
• 5 working experience from a manufactory as a planner
• Good at Excel and presentation skill
• Good command of spoken and written English
