Project description

The biological projects aim to discover the therapeutic potential of gene targets for obesity and coronary artery disease in cell, organoid, and animal models using large‑scale genome screening.

Profile

• Skills in CRISPR‑based gene editing, cell culture, and animal experiments
• Strong interest in cardiovascular research
• Accuracy and reliability, initiative, organizational skills, and a high sense of responsibility
• Very good written and spoken English
• High level of communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
