Job Description :

You are based in Heilbronn work regularly on-site at our production facility in Neckarbischofsheim and become part of our European HR team.

Your focus is exclusively on supporting and assisting the production site in Neckarbischofsheim while the HR Business Partner is based in Karlsruhe. You support them administratively in implementing key aspects of the local HR function.

Sie haben Ihren Sitz in Heilbronn arbeiten regelmäßig vor Ort an unserem Produktionsstandort in Neckarbischofsheim und werden Teil unseres europäischen HR-Teams.

Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt ausschließlich auf der Betreuung und Unterstützung des Produktionsstandorts Neckarbischofsheim während der HR Business Partner in Karlsruhe angesiedelt ist. Sie unterstützen ihn administrativ bei der Umsetzung wichtiger Aspekte der lokalen HR-Funktion.

Weitere Details zu den Erwartungen und Verantwortlichkeiten in dieser Position :

• Regelmäßige Reisetätigkeit (mindestens 2 Tage pro Woche) zum Produktionsstandort Neckarbischofsheim.
• Unterstützung beim Recruiting mit Schwerpunkt auf Kandidatenmanagement und Employer-Branding-Aktivitäten für den Standort Neckarbischofsheim.
• Verantwortung für die Bearbeitung alltäglicher HR-Aufgaben am Produktionsstandort (Mitarbeiteranfragen Erstellung von Zertifikaten Dokumentationen Berichten).
• Organisation und Pflege von Personalakten Pensionsplänen und Versicherungsangelegenheiten.
• Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung aller Abwesenheitsaufzeichnungen Überwachung und Validierung von Urlaubsanträgen und krankheitsbedingten Abwesenheiten.
• Unterstützung bei HR-Prozessen zum Onboarding und Offboarding von Mitarbeitern.
• Eingabe / Pflege von Mitarbeiterdaten in HR-bezogenen Tools wie Workday.
• Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen am Standort.
• Teilnahme und Beitrag zu Standort- und Team-Meetings.

Requirements / Qualifications :

• Completed vocational training in a HR-relevant skilled occupation or studies in social science HR management or similar
• Proven work experience as an HR Administrator HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
• Experience with a production site is an advantage
• Experience with HR software (preferred Workday) time tracking and payroll systems desirable
• Very good command of written and spoken German and English
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge in the field of tax law labor law and social insurance
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize important projects
• Strong phone email and in-person communication skills
• Driving license class B

Qualifikationen und Erfahrung :

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem HR-relevanten Ausbildungsberuf oder Studium der Sozialwissenschaften Personalmanagement o.ä.
• Min. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Personalsachbearbeiter Personaladministrator Personalverwaltungsassistent o.ä.
• Erfahrung mit einem Produktionsstandort von Vorteil
• Erfahrung mit HR-Software (bevorzugt Workday) Zeiterfassungs- und Lohnabrechnungssystemen wünschenswert
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Computerkenntnisse (MS Office-Anwendungen Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Steuerrecht Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
• Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit wichtige Projekte zu priorisieren
• Starke Telefon- E-Mail- und persönliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Führerschein Klasse B
