As a Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d), you will be our magnet for inbound leads. You will take charge of performance marketing, focusing equally on content creation and optimizing our SEO/SEA strategies. Generating high-quality leads will be your main goal, driving our marketing to the next level.
Who You Are:
- You have a degree or training in Business Administration, Online Marketing, or a comparable field
- You have at least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in the B2B SaaS or tech environment
- You are an expert in content creation and SEO/SEA, and know how to create content that consistently generates leads
- You are highly experienced with LinkedIn and Google Ads and are open to exploring new platforms
- You are data-driven and enjoy analyzing campaigns and optimizing them based on KPIs to continuously achieve better results
- You have experience with CRM and email marketing, ideally using HubSpot or similar tools
- You are structured and organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- You are familiar with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics, Webflow, and Jira and use them efficiently
- You are a team player, hands-on, bring fresh ideas, and are passionate about exploring new approaches
- You have excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

What You Will Do:
- You will take responsibility for our performance marketing channels (LinkedIn, SEA, Display) and build them up
- You will continuously improve the quality and quantity of our leads — from keyword optimization and conversion rate optimization to creating and optimizing landing pages
- You will run data-driven campaigns to maximize visibility and generate high-quality leads
- You will plan and create qualified content for various formats (social media, website, blog, whitepapers) that resonates with our target audience and contributes to lead generation
- You will analyze the performance of our website and campaigns, utilizing A/B tests to continually improve user experience and conversion rates
- You will analyze our customer lifecycle and, together with the sales team, develop an effective lead funnel that converts users into leads
- You will explore new channels, plan exciting events, and implement new projects successfully, always aiming to deliver high-quality results
