Zusammenfassung

A dynamic HR-focused company in Germany is seeking a People Partner to provide comprehensive HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. You will partner with managers to enhance performance management practices and help teams navigate HR challenges. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, strong communication and critical thinking skills, and is proficient in English. This position values collaboration and aims to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner.
  • Proven experience supporting teams, ideally within a multicultural environment.
  • Solid understanding of employee evaluation methods and hands-on experience implementing various performance management tools.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Coaching certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

  • Act as a key HR point of contact, providing end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with managers to embed robust Performance Management practices.
  • Provide strategic guidance and coaching to managers.
  • Participate in the hiring process, assessing cultural fit and alignment with values.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to align growth efforts.
  • Monitor and enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Contribute to HR analytics to inform workforce strategy.

  • Provide strategic guidance and day‑to‑day coaching to managers, helping them grow as people leaders and navigate HR‑related challenges with confidence;
  • Participate in the hiring process, assessing cultural fit, alignment with values, and role expectations before offers are made;
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify development needs and align growth efforts with business priorities;
  • Monitor and enhance employee satisfaction and engagement, surfacing insights and driving action in partnership with business leaders;
  • Contribute to HR analytics by collecting and interpreting data to inform workforce strategy, performance trends, and team dynamics.
We need your professional experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner;
  • Proven experience supporting teams, ideally within a multicultural environment;
  • Solid understanding of employee evaluation methods and hands‑on experience implementing various performance management tools;
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
  • Coaching certification is a plus.
