Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the payroll process of your client portfolio, as well as the quality of the service provided.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the salaries calculated and check the integrity of the calculation made in your team.
  • Take care of the set-up of clients' employment contracts, the registration and the declaration of their staff members at the competent authorities.
  • Manage a team of 6 to 8 people (with the support of a Senior Manager) and actively participate in the development of the activity with the other managers of the department.
Qualifications
  • You have a BTS, DUT or a Bachelor's or Master´s Degree in Human Resources, Tax or a related field.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in payroll mainly in Luxembourg.
  • You have good knowledge of salary calculation, labour law, social security and payroll tax.
  • You are rigorous, have very good analytical skills and are comfortable with numbers.
  • You have very good interpersonal skills, excellent team spirit and networking abilities with clients.
  • You are autonomous, respect deadlines and have a developed sense of quality client service.
  • You have outstanding communication skills (written and oral) and advanced technical skills of computer tools.
  • You are trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
  • You have confirmed managerial skills.
  • You are fluent in French and English; German and Luxembourgish are considered as assets.
