As a Paid Traffic Manager you will be responsible for the strategic planning execution and optimization of our paid online marketing campaigns. Your goal is to maximize reach and conversions through data-driven advertising strategies

Tasks
  • Develop strategy how to improve revenue and traffic to the EU subs 9 websites (Germany UK France Netherlands Spain Belgium Austria Poland Ireland) support EMEA distributors
  • Plan launch and manage paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn TikTok etc.) current main markets : UK Germany France Spain Austria
  • Monitor performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on key metrics
  • Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation
  • Create performance reports and derive actionable insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing Ecom Sales) and external partners (Agencies for Content and Consulting)
  • Conduct A / B testing and drive conversion rate optimization
Requirements
  • Degree in Digital Marketing Communications Business or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in paid advertising
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads Meta Business Manager and other ad platforms
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
  • Experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics Tag Manager etc.)
  • Self-motivated organized and a team player
  • Fluent in German and English
