ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Paid Media Content Strategist to join our premier client’s team. This is a fully remote full-time role, starting as a 6-month contract, and will support two key workstreams: Paid Media and Creator Education. This role is critical in shaping how creators discover, learn, and grow through both targeted digital advertising and high-impact educational content.

We’re looking for a senior-level marketing professional with 7+ years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of complex content strategies, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media

  • Assist with paid campaign execution and management, including reporting, pacing, ad trafficking, tag implementation, and optimization.
  • Build and support media plans aligned with marketing goals and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and on-time delivery across all paid media initiatives.

Creator Education

  • Own and strategize the education platform for the creator program.
  • Manage end-to-end content strategy, development, and execution to educate and engage the creator community.
  • Oversee and direct UX and design agency partners, providing creative feedback and managing timelines.
  • Develop and implement a gating and targeting strategy to personalize learning experiences.
  • Moderate live creator webinars, engage participants in real time, and synthesize feedback for future content development.
  • Track content performance using KPIs, and create regular reporting for business reviews.
  • Use Asana to manage project timelines, task dependencies, and team deliverables.
  • Collaborate with product teams to explore and integrate AI-powered solutions to improve education delivery and scalability.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or education content creation.
  • Expertise in website and content strategy, including SEO and keyword optimization.
  • Strong background in managing creative and UX agencies from briefing through execution.
  • Proficient in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high standard of quality and detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Senior-level experience in education content development, digital campaign management, or content strategy roles.
  • Experience managing or building creator or influencer-focused programs.
  • Familiarity with performance tracking and reporting frameworks for educational or marketing content.
