Your tasks

As an Operations Manager (f/m/d), you take care of everything that happens after a software purchase – from order processing to onboarding. You also support certificate administration and dive into topics like PKI and protocols such as SSL/TLS or S/MIME.

  • Manage and process customer orders from confirmation to invoicing, ensuring a seamless post-sales workflow
  • Create and send key documents, including contracts, order confirmations, and invoices
  • Process invoices for digital certificates from certificate authorities
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, partners, and suppliers regarding questions or issues related to orders
  • Responsible for the smooth administration of certificates within the GTP(Global Trust Point)and for identifying emerging trends to maintain a forward-thinking and secure trust infrastructure
  • Communicating with internal developers, supporting technical solutions at all stages of development
  • Maintain and update customer data in SugarCRM to ensure all information is accurate and readily available
Your profile
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in aback office, operational, or customer success role, ideally within the IT or software industry
  • Successfully completed training as a management assistant for office communication or similar qualification
  • Basic knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and certificate protocols (e.g., SSL/TLS, S/MIME/PGP).
  • Confident use of MS Office or LibreOffice
  • Ideally first experience with ERP and CRM software (e.g. SugarCRM)
  • Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
